State and city officials hope the new urban program will inspire non-traditional state park users to try this exciting, nature-oriented programming as a means of introducing urban residents to the natural resources and recreational opportunities available in the state parks. Not all city parks will be included, contact the Grand Rapids or Lansing Parks and Recreation Department at 616-456-3696 or 517-4834233 respectively for location and time information.
