May 13th. The fishing in the Port Bay area has been some of the best. We are catching brown trout, rainbow trout, king salmon, and a few lake trout. anywhere from the surface, down to 50' deep off the downriggers. the customers are going home very happy. Use plugs and spoons off the surface, and spoons or cut-bait for the downriggers. the fish are eating different size baits. so I'm sure that any type of lure will draw fish next to your lures. we have been fishing the shoreline right out to 200' of water. good luck, Capt.
