: Is there a smelt run near Tawis? Any smelt at all? Robert, as of friday i was in the tawas area looking for smelt, nothing was going on however the week before they did pretty well,i live in alpena so we went south to tawas then back north to alpena, the days the smelt ran tawas had some rain and the temp's were up, as of today sunday it has rained and the temp's are supose to come up in the middles of the week, Good Luck Eric |
